Just used SME this week - early Feb 2025. They took us to our condo and picked us up. Super friendly and they took the time to make sure our condo was ready and were offering to take us somewhere else if needed - since we were early. They went out of the way to ensure we were taken care of. Driver was very friendly and had great stories while driving. They were on time and kept us informed. Would use them again for sure!! FIVE STARS! We hired Storm Mountain for my daughter's wedding, including transportation for several events over the weekend. Over the course of a year, Chris O'Halloran was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Incredibly responsive, patient with my many changes, very helpful and flexible throughout. Her drivers are exceptional - very friendly, knowledgable of the area, and ensured no one was left behind and everyone got home safely. Every detail was executed flawlessly. Chris instilled great confidence from the start, and the entire team (including Denny!) delivered in spades. LOOK NOWHERE ELSE if you have any events or transportation needs in Steamboat Springs. We've used Storm Mountain in the past along with others, and they are by far and away the best in terms of both service and reliability.

The booking was easy and straightforward. We priced out renting a car for the trip, but storm mountain was way cheaper and easier.
They called us while we were waiting for our bags to confirm everything went smoothly. Check in staff were very helpful. Driver to the resort (coach) had our kids cracking up. Vehicle was clean and spacious despite our 10 bags and 5 people. Return trip was equally smooth. Will definitely book through them again!

Very reliable and friendly staff. Our driver, Lee, was knowledgable and personable. Out flight came in at midnight because of bad weather delays and the only options for getting out of the closing airport were a car rental or Storm Mountain Express. The other shuttles didn't even have anyone at the booths and we saw one service have to turn around because they forgot passengers. Lee was constantly going between people waiting in the shuttle and people trying to get their baggage to make sure everyone was happy. He got us to our destination safe in the bad weather with a smile!
