Check in procedures

At the Hayden Airport, check in at the Storm Mountain Express Counter located in baggage claim. For DIA arrivals, call our main office at 970-879-1963 several days prior to your arrival to receive your driver's cellphone number. After collecting your luggage, call your driver to arrange a meeting location.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to travel to receive a refund. A $5.00 per person handling charge will be applied to any cancellation.

Luggage

Storm Mountain Express shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failures or any other reason, nor will they be liable for lost or damaged luggage unless caused by neglect of the company. If so, the company's liability shall not be greater than $250.00 per piece of luggage. An excess luggage charge will be applied for more than 2 bags per person.

Pets

Storm Mountain Express is a pet friendly shuttle service.

Gratuities

Rates do not include a driver gratuity, but are greatly appreciated by our drivers.

Private Shuttle Wait Time

If your arrival is delayed, please notify our office immediately. Wait time is free for the first hour then $50/hour/vehicle.
